Do you offer a collection/delivery service?

Yes we have specalist vehicles for transporting garden machinery in the local area.

How often should I service my mower?

Most manufacuers recommend an annual service inline with warranty.

When should I have my lawnmower blades sharpened?

This is usually completed at the time of a service, however depending on conditions they may need to be done more regularly.

Why should I use Aspen Fuel?

Aspen fuel reduces harmful emissions and can be left in your machines tank without affecting the fuel system, guaranteeing an easy machine start even after long periods of storage.

Can I come and see some new machines?

Yes, we have a well stocked showroom available for you to browse. Stocking everything from secaters to large commercial machines.

Do you sell spare parts for machines?

Yes, we have a well stocked parts department. Please give us a call and we can advise on stock levels. If we for some reason do not have the item in stock we can order and delivery is normally only a day or two.

When could I expect my machine back from a general service?

We try to work to a 7-10 working day turn around but this can vary depending on demand.

Do you offer onsite repairs?

Yes, we have a team of well trained engineers that carry out onsite repairs although often it is better to be in the workshop environment with spares on hand.
